soon can I get a cabinet? |

Our
normal shipping range is three to five business days from
receiving a hard copy purchase order for standard enclosures.
Custom enclosure shipping schedules are based an engineering
and production review process that may be as short as
two weeks. |

What
colors are available? |
| A. |
Our cabinets are painted to order, standard colors include
Pearl White, IBM Blue, Black and Driftwood Grey are available
in powder coat or textured baked enamel. Custom colors
are matched to a paint chip provided by you or any FED-STD-595
color. Color matching and custom order paint charges are
addition. |

What type of mounting system do you provide? |

We offer several mounting systems for our cabinets. The
most common is 10-32 tapped mounting angles, which are
full-length angles, fully adjustable from front to rear.
Secondly, we offer universal mounting angles, which accept
"Cage Nuts" or captive nuts in a 10-32 thread
or M6 thread. We also have the ability to adapt OEM mounting
systems to our own cabinets. |

Do
you have any pre-configured cabinets? |

No, all of our cabinets are built to order. However, we
can pre-configure the cabinets to your specifications.
We can configure shelves, power strips, doors and panels
during our assembly process at no extra cost. This also
is a cost saving to you on your installation. |

Do you modify or build custom enclosures? |

Yes, we can build almost anything you can dream up. Pepco
was built on manufacturing custom sheet metal assemblies
for all industries. Please contact us with your specifications
for a quotation. |

How do you ship your cabinets? |
| A.

We
have several carriers that we suggest, but if you have
preference on a carrier, we will be happy to accommodate
your request. Local deliveries within 250 miles of Pepco
Manufacturing are usually shipped via local carriers,
which specialize in moving cabinets with inside delivery
services. For non-local deliveries we suggest nation wide
carriers that specialize in moving cabinets. These carriers
will blanket wrap each cabinet like a piece of furniture
and delivery the cabinet to your location. Freight carriers
are also available for local and nation wide deliveries.
Shipping via freight carrier requires an additional packaging
charge. We also have the ability to overnight cabinets
for those last minute deadlines. Most accessories can
ship via any parcel service of your choice. All items
ship F.O.B. Origin. Union drivers are available upon request.
