Available in all rack mount widths and various depths in:Fixed (stationary) Shelving – four point or cantilevered (front only) mounting used for mounting monitors, servers and peripherals.

Adjustable Depth Mounting Shelf – four point mounting with adjustable brackets for varying rack depth mounting. Shelf surface has front to rear adjustable mounting brackets to accommodate
varying rack depths.

Available in 19, 23 and 24″ rack mount widths with 24 and 30″ surface depths

Standard Duty – Static load capacity of 75 Lbs
Heavy Duty – Static load capacity of 125 Lbs

Pull Out (sliding) Shelves – four point mounting used for monitors, servers and peripherals with added accessibility.

Available in all rack mount widths and various depths in

Heavy Duty – 150 Lbs weight capacity
* Higher weight capacity shelves are available by quotation

Keyboard Tray – sliding tray, with a recess for the keyboard, which uses only one rack unit.

Available in 19, 23 and 24″ widths

* 19″ wide tray requires a keyboard 17″ wide or less

Rotating Keyboard Tray – sliding tray with turntable to accommodate a standard keyboard within a 19″ rack. Shelf uses two rack units for mounting. The chassis clearance on a 19″ rack is 17.75″. An average keyboard is 18″ wide, this rotating tray provides a clean solution for keyboard storage.

Front doors are available in the following standard configurations:

Perforated Steel Frame – surface mounted perforated (mesh) steel frame reinforced construction with pull pin hinging and locking swing handle. Also available in flush mount upon request.

Steel Frame Tempered Glass – surface mounted solid steel frame with tempered glass insert construction with
pull pin hinging and a locking swing handle. Also available
in flush mount upon request.

Ventilated Steel Frame Tempered Glass – surface mounted ventilated steel frame with tempered glass insert construction with pull pin hinging and locking swing handle. Also available in flush mount upon request.

Aluminum Frame Plexi-glass – surface mounted plexi-glass with aluminum frame construction with piano hinging, handle and cam lock. (Traditional Door)

Rear doors are available in the following standard configurations:

Perforated Steel – flush mounted perforated (mesh) reinforced construction with pull pin hinging and locking wing handle. Also available in surface mount upon request.

Bottom Louvered Steel – flush mounted bottom louvered construction with pull pin hinging and locking wing handle.

Top Louvered Steel – flush mounted top louvered construction with pull pin hinging and locking wing handle.

Fully Louvered Steel – flush mounted fully louvered construction with pull pin hinging and locking wing handle.

Solid Steel – flush mounted solid steel construction with pull pin hinging and locking wing handle. Available upon request.

Doors feature Swing Handles for front mount and Wing Handles for rear mount with matching keys. Other options include flush mount handles and keying options with multiple key codes and master key system.

Shock/Seismic Cabinets

In addition to our standard line of cabinets Pepco has manufactured several specialty cabinets. Our sheet metal background allows us to build to any of our customer’s requirements. Some of these have a variety of outside testing. These include Shock Cabinets for the Navy. Built around Spec Mil-S-901-D these cabinets (6 different sizes to date have been produced) are used by the navy onboard various ships. Several of the cabinets have been subjected to various testing including EMI/RFI testing as well as barge and hammer testing. These cabinets are completely zinc plated and EMI shielded. Seismic Cabinets Pepco has produced and tested several different Seismic Zone 4 cabinets in partnership with several different clients. The cabinets that were Earthquake tested in accordance with GR-63-Core. These cabinets have been manufactured with several different configurations. See our Sales dept for details

Power Strips

Power Strips are available in various configurations including rack and vertical mounting. With increasing power demands of today server Pepco offers power supplies with 15, 20 and 30 AMP ratings in 120 and 220 Volts.

Additional options include:
· Surge suppression
· Twist locking plug
· Circuit breaker
· On/off switch
· Isolated ground
· Rack mount
· Vertical mount

International configurations are available for country specific power requirements.

Custom strips available by quotation.

Fans and Fan Trays

Assisting in the ventilation of your enclosure, Pepco fans and fan trays ensure the circulation of air around your equipment. Pepco’s standard fan will cycle the air sixteen times per minute in a standard size enclosure. Standard fans are available in 105, 220, 550 CFM with 115 and 220 Voltage ratings. Cable Management

Pepco has devised innovative and simple approaches to cable management. Standard vertical and horizontal cable management and guides provide effective solutions to your cable dressing needs. Velcro, “D” Ring, and Gated “D” Ring in vertical and horizontal configurations, cable guides for sliding shelves and servers.

Filler Panels

Filler panels or “Blanking Kits” for the unused rack units in your cabinet. Helps improve airflow and gives a finished look to the installation. Filler panels are available in various heights.

Casters and Leveling Legs

Increase mobility for your enclosure and systems, our standard casters are rated for a total weight of six pounds per enclosure. Heavy-duty casters are rated at sixteen hundred pounds per enclosure. Levelers are used to adjust height of a cabinet on an uneven floor. Items are mounted to cabinet prior to shipping.

Hardware Kits

Screws are available in 6-32, 8-32, 10-32, 12-24 and M6 threads. Cage nuts (Captive nuts) are available in 10-32 and M6 threads. Please call for additional hardware packages.

Ganging Kits

Usually shipped with multiple cabinet orders and used for bolting or “Ganging” the cabinets together. Secures multiple cabinets in rows using the combined weight of the cabinets as an anti-tip device and security measures.

Anti-tilt Kits

Bolt on devices that counter balance slide out servers for added safety.

We use an advanced mounting rail system that is far superior and reliable than any other. Utilizing a full front to rear three point mounting system, this provides smooth operation and ease of use and adjustment. Mounting rails are available in various tapped and universal configurations with optional rack unit indicators. Indicators are available in a silk-screened numbers or tic mark.

Pepco makes it easy with pre-punched holes that allow the ganging of cabinets quick and efficient. Simply bolt them together.

Enclosures are pre-punched for all bolt-on accessories.
